1 Infrared temperature mode: Aim the infrared sensor at the measuring object,press the trigger button, and scan the surface temperature of the object. The display will show the measured temperature, and the LED light will flash, indicating the safety status of the measured temperature
2 Probe temperature mode: Insert the probe approximately 10mm into the object being measured, pull the trigger button, and the display screen will show the measured temperature value. At the same time, the LED light will flash to indicate the safety status of the measured temperature
3 HACCP instructions: HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, which is a completed food safety prevention methods that can be applied in any food manufacturing stage and preparation process. The device is equipped with LED indicator lights to display the safety status of the measured temperature. When the temperature value is below 4 ℃ (39.2 ℉) or above 60 ℃ (140 ℉), it is the food safety temperature, indicated by a flashing green light. When the temperature value is between 4 to 60 ℃/39.2 to 140 ℉, the dangerous range for the growth of a large number of bacteria is indicated by flashing red lights
